Daniel Lanois is a Canadian record producer and musician. He released Apollo: Atmospheres and Soundtracks with Brian Eno and Roger Eno, followed by Acadie, Goodbye to Language, and Shine. Lanois produced U2's Achtung Baby. Lanois received Grammy Awards for Album of the Year for producing U2's The Joshua Tree and Best Rock Album for producing U2's All That You Can't Leave Behind.
